South Loop Lights: It’s Christmas Time in the City!

Chicago is beautiful any time of year, and the Christmas season is no exception.  Falling leaves give way to thousands of sparkling lights, and we all do our best to ignore the falling temperatures and enjoy the beautiful decorations of Millennium Park, State Street, and the Magnificent Mile.

Light displays also popped up all around the South Loop, with neighbors, businesses, and buildings decorating to spread the holiday cheer.  We’ve included the fan favorites from our Holiday Lights Contest on Facebook, and thank all who decorated and submitted nominations to highlight some of the best spots to see lights in the neighborhood.

Fan Favorites:

Businesses:  Many of our South Loop businesses took the time to decorate their storefronts and interior spaces.  We hope that you took some time to shop local this year to support them!
