October’s Neighbors’ Night Out drew a strong and lively crowd – including Ward 3 Alderman Pat Dowell – to Square One for a discussion of litter, pests, stormwater and snow. Attendees were generally very positive about the low frequency of these nuisances and generally solid management of them in the South Loop.
